AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and CTF Financial Group ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and any related media (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1 - Program name and description: Health and life insurance help. By opting you, we will receive messages regarding health and life insurance appointment bookings and informational material.

2 - Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3 - Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or 561-786-2023.

4 - Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5 - Message Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data

plan, contact your wireless provider.
